Giant breakfasts at the Imperial Palace in Las Vegas, perfect after driving all through the night. (giant pancake, eggs benedict, the basic and justin's chicken and waffles!)

Usually, road trips are the only time I think it's ok to eat fast food. In Clines Corners new mexico, though...I had to just keep truckin on. 'Road kill apparel' above 'buffet' just doesn't seem right.

It's official, this is my food blog. But there is nothing very exciting about this cleaning day so far, except for my lunch (salmon with red onions and feta, spinach/cabbage, and black beans)...made by meee. For Amanda, who may or may not have eaten a sandwich before she came home for lunch.

This blog may become "what alesha ate today"...but this was super good. It looked like a bird's nest at first but turned into softer crunchy noodle perfection!

This is how late to work I was today! no kidding...I somehow pressed snooze enough to silence THREE alarms. And now I have to deal with time change tomorrow. I'm not sure I'm going to survive waking up at 5. It's 8:40 pm now-goodnight!
